WHAT KIND OF DEVELOPMENT DO WE WANT?
POST 2015 AGENDA AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
The Third International Congress of Development Studies (3rd ICDS) is an initiative of the Spanish Network of Development Studies (SNDS) and the Chair of Development Cooperation of the University of Zaragoza.
The event will take place from June 29 until July 1, 2016 at the School of Engineering and Architecture, University of Zaragoza. In this international conference we expect to involve about 200 researchers and teachers from different countries dedicated to Development Studies, mostly SNDS members.
The 3rd ICDS will address the current discussion about the international development agenda beyond 2015, when the Millennium Development Goals will come to an end.
This Congress is a scientific and academic meeting with international nature, with great interest and practical projection to professors, researchers, students and social agents.
The 3rd ICDS will be structured around 15 thematic lines and three plenary sessions, and it will count with international and nationals academics and experts at the highest level.
